How to Use Our Air and Sea Shipping Services

HOW TO USE OUR SERVICES

To use our services, please follow these steps:

FOR AIR SHIPMENTS:

Visit our website and fill out the form with your details.
FOR AIR SHIPMENTS
Copy the address that suits your shipment from either the MINI IMPORTER ADDRESS or the MAJOR IMPORTER ADDRESS. If your goods need consolidation or weigh less than 30kg, send them to the MINI IMPORTER ADDRESS. If your goods weigh 30kg or more and do not need consolidation, send them to the MAJOR IMPORTER ADDRESS.
Contact your Chinese supplier and provide them with the address you copied. Make sure to inform your supplier to write your name and phone number on your goods.
Once we receive your goods, you will receive a tracking number to track your shipment.
For customers with multiple shipments or consolidation needs, after ordering all your goods, compile all your tracking numbers together, write your name and phone number, and send them to us via WhatsApp at +234(0)9070917019. After we receive your first goods from your supplier, we will send you the first tracking number to track your consolidation process. You can use this number to know how many of your goods we have received and when we have received all of them. Once we have received all your goods, we will ship them and provide you with another tracking number to track your shipments.

FOR SEA SHIPMENTS:

MINI IMPORTER ADDRESS:

If your goods need consolidation or if you are sending goods less than 1cbm, please send them to the MINI IMPORTER ADDRESS.

MAJOR IMPORTER ADDRESS:

If your goods are 1cbm and above and do not need consolidation, please send them to the MAJOR IMPORTER ADDRESS.

For heavy equipment, machines, etc.:

Regardless of the size or consolidation needs, please send these types of goods to the MAJOR IMPORTER ADDRESS.

Please ensure that your supplier writes your name and phone number on the goods before sending them to our warehouse. This will help us identify and process your shipments efficiently.

Note:

We have two Chinese addresses (MINI IMPORTER ADDRESS and MAJOR IMPORTER ADDRESS , if your goods needs consolidation, or you are sending goods less than 1cbm please send to MINI IMPORTER ADDRESS, But if your goods are upto 1cbm and above and needs no consolidation please send to MAJOR IMPORTER ADDRESS.
